These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Triple A's Mobile Detailing Services, LLC, dba: AAA Mobile Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
AAA Mobile Detailing Services provides mobile vehicle detailing services, including, but not limited to, interior detailing, exterior detailing, and commercial vehicle detailing (including trucks and fleets). Services are performed at the customer’s designated location, subject to accessibility and safety.

Weather & Force Majeure
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or events beyond our control, including but not limited to rain, extreme heat, power outages, or governmental restrictions. Deposits, if any, will be applied to a future service.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAA Mobile Detailing Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting with a revised effective date.
Arbitration Agreement (Dispute Resolution – Court Risk Reduction)
Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the services provided, or any transaction between the customer and AAA Mobile Detailing Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided by law.
Arbitration Rules: Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider.
No Class Actions: All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. Customers waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Costs: Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise required by law or determined by the arbitrator.
Exception: AAA Mobile Detailing Services retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for non-payment, misuse of services, or protection of business interests.
Venue & Governing Law (Arizona Specific): These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If arbitration is found unenforceable or does not apply, exclusive venue and jurisdiction shall lie in the state or federal courts located in either Maricopa County or Pinal County, Arizona, at the Company’s election.
Photo & Video Consent (Before/After Marketing Use): By using our services, the customer grants AAA Mobile Detailing Services permission to take photographs or videos of the serviced vehicle before, during, and after service.
These images may be used for:
No personal identifying information (such as license plates, addresses, or faces) will be intentionally disclosed without consent. Customers may opt out of marketing use only by providing written notice prior to service.
Lien & Right to Payment (Where Legally Permissible)
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, AAA Mobile Detailing Services reserves the right to assert a mechanic’s or service lien against any vehicle for unpaid services rendered.
