Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Triple A's Mobile Detailing Services, LLC, dba: AAA Mobile Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.


Services Provided

AAA Mobile Detailing Services provides mobile vehicle detailing services, including, but not limited to, interior detailing, exterior detailing, and commercial vehicle detailing (including trucks and fleets). Services are performed at the customer’s designated location, subject to accessibility and safety.


Service Location & Access

Customers must provide:

  • Safe and legal access to the vehicle
  • Adequate space for service performance
  • Permission to operate at the chosen location


The Company reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or materially misrepresented.


Pricing & Estimates

  • Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services
  • Quotes are estimates and may change upon inspection
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or specialty requests


Customer approval will be obtained before additional work is performed.


Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments
  • Failure to pay may result in service refusal and collection action
     

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee
  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments
     

Weather & Force Majeure

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or events beyond our control, including but not limited to rain, extreme heat, power outages, or governmental restrictions. Deposits, if any, will be applied to a future service.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Remove personal belongings before service
  • Inform the Company of any pre-existing damage
  • Ensure pets are secured away from the service area
     

The Company is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, fragile components, or aftermarket modifications.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We may, at our discretion, offer a re-service or partial refund
  • No refunds are issued after services are completed without timely notice
     

Damage & Liability Disclaimer

AAA Mobile Detailing Services is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Mechanical or electrical failures
  • Paint defects, oxidation, or apparent coat failure
  • Damage caused by rust, worn materials, or improper prior repairs


Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.


Commercial & Fleet Services

For commercial, fleet, or 18-wheeler services:

  • Separate pricing, scheduling, and service terms may apply
  • Service timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Fleet contracts may include customized payment and cancellation terms
     

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, images, and branding are the property of AAA Mobile Detailing Services and may not be copied or used without written permission.


Privacy & Communications

Use of our services is subject to our:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • SMS/Text Messaging Consent Policy

These policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms.


Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAA Mobile Detailing Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting with a revised effective date.


Arbitration Agreement (Dispute Resolution – Court Risk Reduction)

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the services provided, or any transaction between the customer and AAA Mobile Detailing Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided by law.


Arbitration Rules: Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider.


No Class Actions: All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. Customers waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.


Costs: Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise required by law or determined by the arbitrator.


Exception: AAA Mobile Detailing Services retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for non-payment, misuse of services, or protection of business interests.


Venue & Governing Law (Arizona Specific): These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If arbitration is found unenforceable or does not apply, exclusive venue and jurisdiction shall lie in the state or federal courts located in either Maricopa County or Pinal County, Arizona, at the Company’s election.


Photo & Video Consent (Before/After Marketing Use): By using our services, the customer grants AAA Mobile Detailing Services permission to take photographs or videos of the serviced vehicle before, during, and after service.


These images may be used for:

  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Website and social media content
  • Portfolios, advertisements, and training

No personal identifying information (such as license plates, addresses, or faces) will be intentionally disclosed without consent. Customers may opt out of marketing use only by providing written notice prior to service.


Lien & Right to Payment (Where Legally Permissible)

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, AAA Mobile Detailing Services reserves the right to assert a mechanic’s or service lien against any vehicle for unpaid services rendered.


Failure to remit payment may result in:

  • Suspension of future services
  • Collection efforts
  • Recovery of reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, or collection fees was permitted by law.

Nothing herein shall waive any statutory rights available to the Company.


Commercial Truck & Fleet Services Addendum

(Applies to 18-wheelers, fleets, and business vehicles)

Scope of Application: This Addendum applies to:

  • Commercial trucks
  • Fleet vehicles
  • Trailers
  • Business-owned vehicles
  • 18-wheelers and heavy-duty equipment
     

In the event of a conflict, this Addendum controls over the general Terms.


Service Standards & Timelines

  • Service completion times are estimates only.
  • Heavy soiling, road grime, grease, or hazardous materials may require additional time and fees.
  • Results may vary due to vehicle condition, age, and prior maintenance.
     

Pricing & Invoicing

  • Fleet pricing may be contractual or volume-based
  • Invoices may be issued weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.
     

Liability Limitation – Commercial Vehicles

AAA Mobile Detailing Services is not responsible for:

  • DOT compliance issues
  • Mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical failures
  • Rust, corrosion, oxidation, or paint failure
  • Damage caused by prior repairs or modifications

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.


Fleet Access & Authorization

Fleet clients represent that they have:

  • Authority to approve service
  • Permission to allow access to vehicles
  • Authorization to approve charges

The Company is not responsible for internal billing disputes within fleet organizations.


Termination of Fleet Services

AAA Mobile Detailing Services reserves the right to terminate fleet service agreements for:

  • Non-payment
  • Unsafe conditions
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows
  • Abuse or misrepresentation
