This Payment & Refund Policy explains how Triple A's Mobile Detailing Services, LLC, dba: AAA Mobile Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles payments and/or refunds for our services.

Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by AAA Mobile Detailing.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, or additional services requested.
   

Deposits (If Applicable)

Certain services may require a deposit:

• Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs outside the allowed window.
   

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment by sending a text message to the phone number listed below.
• Late cancellations, no-shows, and/or not-at-home may result in a $35 service fee or a $0.75 per-mile service fee, whichever is greater.
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
• There is a $35 minimum deposit on any reservation.
   

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not issued once a service has been completed.
• If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 15 minutes of service completion.
• We may offer a re-service or partial refund at our discretion.
• If you make a reservation, you must cancel it within 48 hours before the appointment time. If the cancellation is not made within that time, a credit will be issued for future services.
• If the driver arrives at the service location without prior cancellation notice, there will be a $35 service fee or a $0.75 per-mile service fee, whichever is greater.
   

Weather & Force Majeure

Services may be rescheduled due to weather, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control. In such cases, deposits will be credited toward a future appointment.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service refusal and collection action. Please get in touch with us first to resolve any billing concerns.
